This long-term collaboration between Atrio and GEZE is an outstanding example of responsible value creation and inclusive work within a regional context. Atrio's goal is to create inclusive jobs in the region together with partner companies, thereby paving the way to better integration. We wholeheartedly support this approach. GEZE entrusts Atrio with key tasks, from assembly to packaging of spindle drives, corner operating gears, sliding door fitting systems with accessories for Perlan and Rollan and guide rails, including the Softstop variant for sliding door guide rails.
Through “shift changes” (Schichtwechsel), we regularly provide our employees the opportunity to gain insight into other companies. This shift in perspective is exciting for both employees of Atrio and of GEZE.
